Living a healthy life means taking care of the body that we were given. No one else can do that for you. We have to be stronger than our fears.

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with a lot of different personalities and have learned something from every one of them.

People want to live a life that means something.

My classes and fitness training programs are designed to give you the tools you seek, the tough love you may need, and the motivation you require to see the mental, emotional and physical payoffs for living like you mean it.

Here’s how we do that…

Bootcamp Classes

Classes that combine cardio and strength, endurance and speed. A fun, game-style workout with a friendly group of people in a judgment-free zone.

Pound Classes

Workout with drumsticks based on movement not perfection. With lightly weighted plastic sticks we move, express ourselves and have fun!

Fitness Training

Living Like You Mean It means something different for everyone. Let’s create your one-of-a-kind fitness program to build a strong heart, mind and body.

Bootcamp Classes

Most classes combine cardio and strength, body weight and resistance bands, endurance and speed, power and functional exercise training. These are fun, game-style workouts with a friendly group of people.

You will move. You will sweat. You will have fun.

Kids are welcome to join in during the daytime classes.

Bootcamp Classes

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 am.
Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 am, Noon and 1pm.

Drop-in $18 per class.
Purchase session pass for $12 pre class (when paid for as a session)

Pound Classes

In 2017, I became a Pound Fit Instructor Training and could not wait to offer people this exercise class. Pound Fit combines my desire to inspire with the desire to have fun through movement.  With Pound Fit, we are drumming and moving our way to our fitness goals!!! (My secret wish for the world: every child experiences a Pound class at least one time. They’ll never forget it.)

Our grade 4 class was fortunate to have Alicia come to our school to lead us in Pound classes. This new and exciting activity for provided both entertainment and exercise. It was fun with a purpose! Alicia is confident in front of a group and was able to clearly make her expectations known in terms of appropriate use of the rip sticks and listening to instruction. When introducing new routines, Alicia was able to break down the steps into portions that the students could easily follow. The song selection was appropriate, relevant and kept the students engaged. Pound is a great activity for all fitness levels. Even the most resistant students can’t help but be drawn into the fun of pound!

Sessions and Packages

1 session @ $40
10 sessions @ $350
20 sessions @ $600

All sessions are 30 minutes long and can be done in-person, online or on the phone.

Packages of sessions are valid for one year from purchase.
